2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect only data you choose to provide through three channels on this site:
2.1 Invitation & Enquiry Form
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your city and country
- Your role (church representative, promoter, artist, sponsor, media, etc.)
- Your message or vision for an Awesome Praise event in your community
Submitted via Formspree and delivered to [email protected]. Used solely to respond to your invitation or enquiry.
2.2 Chat Enquiry Widget
- Your name and email address (as provided)
- The text of messages typed in the chat panel
Chat conversations are submitted to [email protected] via Formspree when the session ends. Used solely to respond to your message.
2.3 Direct Email
If you email us at [email protected] directly, we retain your email and its content for the purpose of responding.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and invitations you have voluntarily initiated) and consent (you choose to submit your data through our forms). We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling, and will never sell it to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from submission date. To request deletion at any time, email [email protected].
5. Third-Party Services
5.1 Formspree
Forms on this website submit data to Formspree, Inc. (US-based), which processes the submission and delivers it to our inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. See Formspree Privacy Policy.
5.2 Google Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google servers). Google may log request data including your IP address for performance and security purposes. This data is not used for advertising. See Google Fonts Privacy FAQ.
6. Cookie & Storage Policy
We use a minimal number of cookies and browser storage mechanisms. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not use:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no similar tools)
- Social media tracking pixels of any kind
- Any mechanism that tracks you across other websites
Managing cookies: You can block or delete cookies and localStorage data through your browser settings at any time. Removing ap-cookie-consent will cause the consent banner to reappear. Blocking Google Fonts cache may affect the site’s visual appearance but will not affect its core function.

All form submissions are transmitted via HTTPS (encrypted in transit). No submission data is stored on this website — all data passes through Formspree to email. We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the data collected.
9. International Transfers
Formspree is US-based. Submitting a form transfers your data to and processes it in the United States. Formspree maintains GDPR compliance commitments. If you have concerns about international data transfers, contact us before submitting any form.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe a child has submitted data and we will delete it promptly.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
